What are Guides (SOPs)?

Guides are visual step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures. Each Guide contains numbered steps with titles, descriptions, and screenshots that show your team exactly how to complete a process consistently.

Who can create Guides?

Administrators and Managers can create and manage Guides. All other users can view and follow published Guides that have been assigned to them via assignment rules.

Which plans include Guides?

Guides are included with Growth, Scale, and Enterprise plans at no extra cost. There are no limits on the number of Guides you can create.

How does the Chrome Extension work?

The TrainMeUK - Guide Recorder Chrome Extension captures clicks, navigation, and form actions as you work in the browser. Steps and screenshots appear in the side panel for review. Save to your TrainMeUK library (Cloud mode) or export a PDF locally with no account required (Free PDF mode).

Can I control who sees each Guide?

Yes. Assignment rules let you restrict Guide visibility by department, job role, location, or group. Guides with no rules are visible to everyone in the organisation. Admins and Managers can always see all Guides.
