Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains permitted and prohibited use of the TrainMeUK platform and related services.

This AUP applies to all users accessing the Service through a customer organisation account.

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes in accordance with your agreement, your organisation's policies, and applicable law.

You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Upload, share, or process unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or denial-of-service activity
• Interfere with system operation, security controls, or service performance
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law expressly permits
• Scrape, harvest, or mass-download data except via approved interfaces and permissions
• Share credentials or permit unauthorized third-party access

Where AI-assisted features are available, users must not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for legal, regulatory, employment, or disciplinary decisions without appropriate human review.

Users must not use AI-assisted functionality to process unlawful or unauthorized personal data.

• Ensure user actions within your tenant comply with this AUP
• Promptly notify TrainMeUK of suspected security incidents or misuse

TrainMeUK may investigate suspected breaches of this AUP and may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties, or to comply with legal obligations.

Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of access in accordance with the Terms of Service.
