Team Management Dashboard

View and manage your team's training progress

Overview

The Team Management Dashboard allows managers to:

  • View their team's training progress
  • Monitor compliance status
  • Identify overdue training
  • Track completion rates
  • Support team members with their learning

Accessing the Team Dashboard

  1. Log in to the LMS (you must have Manager role)
  2. Click Team Management in the navigation
  3. Or access via the main dashboard shortcut

Tip

Only users with the Manager role can access Team Management. If you don't see this option, contact your admin.

Dashboard Sections

Team Overview

At-a-glance metrics for your team:

  • Total team members
  • Overall compliance percentage
  • Courses in progress
  • Overdue training count

Team Members

List of your direct reports showing:

Viewing Team Member Details

Opening a Profile

  1. Click on a team member's name
  2. Their training profile opens
  3. See all their assigned and completed training

What You Can See

  • Assigned Training - What they need to complete
  • In Progress - What they've started
  • Completed - What they've finished
  • Overdue - What needs attention
  • Certificates - Their certifications

Actions You Can Take

  • Send reminders for overdue training
  • View completion history
  • Check certificate expiry dates

Managing Overdue Training

Finding Overdue Training

  1. Look at the "Overdue" column in the team list
  2. Click on members with overdue counts
  3. View their overdue courses

Following Up

  • Discuss training commitments in 1:1s
  • Help remove blockers to completion
  • Set deadlines for completion
  • Escalate persistent issues

Tip

Regular check-ins help prevent training from becoming overdue. Weekly reviews are recommended.

Troubleshooting

Can't see Team Management

  • You need the Manager role
  • Contact your admin to be set up

Team member not showing

  • Check they report to you in the system
  • Ask admin to update reporting lines

Data seems out of date

  • Refresh the page
  • Data typically updates in real-time
  • Some reports may have delays

Not receiving email digests

  • Check your spam folder
  • Verify your email is correct in your profile
  • Contact admin about email settings
