User Management
Managing users, departments, and permissions
User Management covers who can sign in, what they can do, and how accounts are created or synced. Most day-to-day work happens under Admin → Manage Users. Organisation-wide security and directory setup live under Admin → System Settings on the Security and SSO & Provisioning tabs. Prefer Disable over delete when someone leaves so training history stays intact. Domain Management (signup domains) is separate from SSO Allowed Domains.
