The LMS sends various email notifications to keep users informed about:

  • New training assignments
  • Upcoming deadlines
  • Session bookings and reminders
  • Certificate availability
  • Manager reports

For Learners

Configuring Email Notifications

Accessing Settings

  1. Log in as an Admin
  2. Go to Admin → Settings
  3. Find the Email Notifications section

Available Settings

  • Enable/Disable - Turn specific notifications on or off
  • Timing - When reminders are sent
  • Frequency - How often digests are sent
  • Recipients - Who receives which notifications

Reminder Settings

Configure when training reminders are sent:

  • Days before due date (e.g., 7, 3, 1 days before)
  • Escalation for overdue training
  • Maximum number of reminders

Emails are sent using your organisation's branding.
