Document Store
Versioned PDFs with acknowledgement tracking — policies, procedures, and forms
Document Store is for signed PDFs — policies, procedures, guidance, and forms — not visual SOPs and not e-learning courses. Admins publish a PDF as v1.0, assign groups, and learners read and acknowledge it from Catalog → Documents. Use major versions when everyone must sign again; minor versions only update people who have not finished yet.
