1

Write the Question

Enter clear, unambiguous question text:

Good Questions:

  • "What temperature should cooked chicken reach?"
  • "Which fire extinguisher is suitable for electrical fires?"
  • "What is the first step in the emergency procedure?"

Poor Questions:

  • "What about chicken?" (vague)
  • "Don't you think fires are dangerous?" (leading)
  • "Explain the entire emergency procedure" (too broad)
2

Add Answer Options

Create 2-6 answer options:

  1. Click Add Option for each choice
  2. Enter the answer text
  3. Include plausible distractors (wrong answers)

Example Options:

A) 65°C (149°F)

B) 74°C (165°F) ← Correct

C) 80°C (176°F)

D) 100°C (212°F)

3

Mark Correct Answer

Click the checkbox or radio button next to the correct option.

  • Single correct answer: Mark one option as correct
  • Multiple correct answers: Mark all correct options (question becomes multi-select)
4

Add Feedback

Correct Feedback:

"Well done! 74°C (165°F) is the correct safe internal temperature for cooked chicken."

Incorrect Feedback:

"Not quite. The correct answer is 74°C (165°F). This temperature ensures harmful bacteria are destroyed."

5

Add Explanation

Provide context on why this answer is correct:

"Poultry must reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) to kill harmful bacteria like salmonella. Use a food thermometer to check the thickest part of the meat."

How Quiz Scoring Works

Pass/Fail

  • Score compared to pass threshold
  • Threshold set in project settings (default 80%)
  • 80% with 80% threshold = Pass
