What It Is For

Site Management ties together physical locations, on-site presence, compliance checking at the gate, risk assessments, contractor onboarding, and evacuation operations. It is designed for organisations that need to know who is on site and whether they meet location-specific compliance requirements.

How the Pieces Connect

Compliance rules can be set tenant-wide (all-sites requirements) and per site. When a scanner checks someone at a site, both rule sets are evaluated together. Risk assessment templates can be assigned to learners via dynamic groups, added to compliance rules, and included in contractor onboarding packages.

Enabling Site Management

Site Management is enabled on your tenant via the MAT Admin Tool (siteManagement.enabled). Risk assessments are included by default when site management is on unless explicitly opted out. Contact your platform administrator if you do not see Site Management in the admin menu.
