On-site register, muster points, checkout QR, and evacuation roll-call operations
On-site register
The On-site now KPI shows open presence records (signed in, not checked out) for the selected site or tenant-wide. Presence is created when workers sign in at a site and closed on checkout or after the tenant presence auto logout period (configured in Site settings).
Checkout QR
Each site has a checkout QR token. Workers scan to sign out when leaving the site. Print or display the checkout QR from the site detail on the dashboard.
Muster points
Create muster points
Select a site on the dashboard. Add muster points with labels (e.g. "Assembly point A").
Share muster QR
Each muster point has a public check-in URL: /muster/scan?token=…. Display or print the QR at the physical muster location.
Check-in confirmation
After scanning, workers see a confirmation message. Customise the text in Site settings → Presence, muster & check-in message.

Start evacuation
From the site dashboard, start an evacuation and choose the kind. Active evacuations appear in the KPI tile and site banner.
Monitor roll call
Track who is on site, who has mustered, and who is not yet accounted for. Muster check-ins update the roll call.
End evacuation
End the session when complete. Review history and export roll-call timing data (CSV) from the evacuation panel.
