Assign compliance scanners and site administrators; configure tenant presence and navigation settings

Assign compliance scanners

Open Scanners & administrators

Site settings → Scanners & administrators. Select the Site.

Add a scanner

Under Add user, search by name or email. Select the user to add them as a Compliance scanner.

Remove access

Click Remove next to a user in the Compliance scanners list.

Assign site administrators

Tenant admins only. Same flow as scanners, using the Site administrators list. Site administrators can configure per-site rules and scanners but cannot assign other site administrators.

Site settings → Presence, muster & check-in message (tenant admin):

Learner navigation

When the risk module is enabled, Site settings includes Learner navigation. Check Hide Risk assessments from learner navigation to remove the sidebar link. Assignments, dashboard tasks, and direct URLs are not affected.
