Per-Site Compliance Rules
Add site-specific compliance requirements and understand scoped risk assessment rules
What per-site requirements do
Per-site requirements apply only when scanning at that specific site. They are combined with all-sites requirements — the worker must satisfy both sets for a compliant scan.
Add a per-site requirement
1
Open Per-site requirements
Site settings → Per-site requirements. Select the Site from the dropdown.
2
Add the rule
Choose Type and the linked course, external certificate, or risk template. Click Add requirement.
3
Manage the list
Requirements appear with a formatted label. Click Remove to delete a rule.
Risk assessments: global vs per-site
| Scope | Risk requirement satisfied when |
|---|---|
| All-sites (global) | Approved submission for the template at any site |
| Per-site | Approved submission for the template AND submission site matches the scanned site |
Warning
For per-site risk rules, the worker must complete the assessment for that site (select the correct site when starting, or use the template default site). An approval tied to a different site will not satisfy a per-site rule.
Common scenarios
| Scenario | Recommended approach |
|---|---|
| Fire safety training required everywhere | All-sites → Course |
| Site-specific induction for Warehouse A only | Per-site → Course |
| CSCS card required on all sites | All-sites → External certificate |
| Site fire risk assessment for Building B only | Per-site → Risk template |
| General stress questionnaire org-wide | All-sites → Risk template |
