Configure approval workflows, review submissions, and understand the learner submit journey

Approval modes

Approval on — questionnaire thresholdScores below the configured % (e.g. 70%) enter queue; at or above auto-approve. Unscored submissions queue conservatively

Tip

The first approver to act wins — submissions do not require multiple approvers.

Where approvers work

Team Management → Reviews

Open the Reviews modal. Switch to Risk assessments tab. Managers see team-scoped queue.

Admin submissions list

Risk assessments → Submissions. Filter by status, template, site, date, submitter. Click Review to open read-only detail.

Full form responses, checklist/quiz outcome, and Download PDF (available after submit).

Approve and reject

  • Approve → status Approved, counts toward compliance rules
  • Reject → status Rejected with reason; learner must revise and resubmit

Decisions are recorded in the approval audit trail (actor, decision, reason, timestamp).

Learner journey

Start from Available templates

Learner opens Risk assessments in the nav (/risk-assessments), picks a template, optional title and site.

Save or submit

Fill the form → Save draft or Submit.

After submit

Modal explains auto-approved vs pending review. Rejected assessments show the reason for resubmission.
