Review External Certificates, Learner Verify, Risk Assessments, and Qualifications from Approvals
Overview
The Admin Dashboard Approvals button opens the Approvals Inbox — a single place to work through pending review queues.
Where to find it
Admin Dashboard → Approvals (not a System Settings tab).
Review a queue

Open Approvals Inbox
From the Admin Dashboard, click Approvals.

Choose a queue
| Queue filter | When it appears |
|---|---|
| All | Always |
| External Certificates | Always (items when submissions exist) |
| Learner Verify | Always (items when submissions exist) |
| Risk Assessments | When the risk assessment module is enabled |
| Qualifications | Always (items when submissions exist) |

Open an item
Detail screens use titles such as:
- Submission Details
- Learner Verification Details
- Risk Assessment Review
- Qualification Sign-off
