Troubleshooting Courses & Progress
When a course is missing, will not open, or progress does not save or complete
Visibility is not the same as assignment
Visibility Rules control who can see a course in the Training Catalog. Assign to Groups makes training required for matching users. A course can be visible but not assigned — or assigned but not visible in browse — depending on how it was configured.
Symptom → what to check

| Course not on my dashboard | Not assigned to you / your group | Admin: Course Management → Assign to Groups for your department/job role/location |
| Course not in Training Catalog | Visibility Rules exclude you, or course Inactive | Admin: Visibility Rules (Job Roles / Departments / Locations) and course status |
| Course will not open | SCORM package or browser block | Try another browser; admin see Troubleshooting SCORM |
| Progress not saved / still incomplete | Required quiz/pages not finished, or SCORM not reporting | Complete all required items; refresh; admin verify package and completion rules |
